Civil War Revisited wraps up for 2014

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Battles from the Civil War played out for the final time this year Sunday in Fresno County.

The Civil War Revisited celebrated its 25th year teaching Valley families about the 1800s.

The reenactment at Kearney Park portrayed the Atlanta Campaign using soldiers on horses with muskets, rifles and cannons. The tribute featured plenty of action on the field plus crafts and other activities from the time period.

The Fresno Historical Society puts on the annual event, which has become the largest of its kind in the Western United States.
